No More Almost

I am done with ALMOST.

Done with halfway lit flames

flickering in winds of "maybe tomorrow"

I have been a furnace of fire

but too scared to scorch the world

with all this heat.

I got vision so vivid it blinds me--

but I blink.

Got purpose with purpose,

but i pause and rethink.

I don't need another journal

full of dreams deferred,

I need discipline that don't flinch

when the mood deserts.

I need war cries in my calendar,

battle plans in my routine,

cause potential without power

is just a beautiful dream.

I talk impact.

But impact don't come from

pretty quotes and goosebumps .

Impact comes from choosing the grind when

the glitter's gone.

TRUTH?

I've been dressing survival up

in productivity's name.

Burning out like a badge.

Working hard, but not always wise.

Performing the process,

but scared of the prize.

Perfection ain't protection,

and approval ain't peace.

So why I keep shrinking

in rooms I was built to lead?

This voice? its got thunder.

These scars? They got sermons.

This story? Could set captives free--

but not if it stays caged in my chest.

So no more almost

No more drafts that don't get dropped.

NO more reels I rehearse in my head

but never post.

No more treating my purpose like a weekend fling

when its asking for covenant, queen energy,

and kingdom dreams.

From this moment on,

I burn without apology.

I build with bold hands.

I speak with split-truth swords

and unfilitered plans.

I don't need another idea.

I need obedience.

I don't need another open door.

I need the courage to walk in.

So let this be my vow:

I show up.

Unmuted.

Unmasked.

Unstoppable.

Unapologetically ME.

No more almost.

Just all in.

Forever forward.

Let's begin.

Reflecting in stillness, strength is my silence. Every scar, every stare--part of the story i am no longer afraid to tell.
